Refund review
If a payment was duplicated or the service was materially unavailable, contact support@oouuhal.lol within 14 days of the charge and include the Google account email and Stripe receipt.
Refunds are reviewed against the circumstances, usage of the service, and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel a renewal through the Stripe billing portal available in Settings. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund an earlier billing period.
