1. Using OOUUH AI
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your Google sign-in.
2. Creative inputs
Only upload images or other material that you own or have permission to use. Do not use the service to impersonate someone in a deceptive way, create non-consensual intimate content, harass another person, or violate intellectual-property or publicity rights.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Prices and features may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice.
4. Service availability
The current queue is a product demonstration and may remain in a waiting state without rendering a final video. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific processing time, or that every generated result will be suitable for publication.
5. Your content and license
You retain ownership of content you provide, subject to third-party rights. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service, including processing inputs, providing account features, and investigating abuse.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated, payment is reversed, or the service is used in a way that creates legal, security, or platform risk.
